Merriam-Webster says:
Footslog However, this is not the definition that I am familiar with. Back in my High School's newspaper (the Cedar Rapids Kennedy Torch), a couple of my friends ran a monthly column called Footslog where they would gather as many friends as possible and just overpower the target restaurant. Then they'd write a fun review, sharing both the quality of the establishment as well as fun stories that happened at the meal. Until I went to start this webpage, I truly thought to footslog meant to review restaurants, or at least something to do with eating. When it came time to pick a name for this site, I couldn't get Footslog out of my head. It really does mean "To review restaurants". Merriam-Webster just has it wrong. Now, as for the Golden Sporks, there is no rhyme or reason. They are tastefully irreverent. Deal with it. "Oh Buffy, Could you please pass me the caviar and a golden spork?" . "Oh, I'd be delighted!" ![]() This website was programmed on a COMPUTËR wik MØNITØR alsø wik MØUSE, KEYBÖRD alsø alsø wik møøsepad, chair, beverage, speakers | |||||||
